Directions
Follow signs for Stansted Airport. At Coopers End Roundabout, take the third exit signposted Short Stay Car Park. Stay in the right-hand lane and pass Red Short Stay, Fast Track, Bus & Coach Station and Express Drop Off. Take the next left into the Orange Car Park.
Arrival procedure
Call the number on the booking voucher approximately 20 minutes before arrival to confirm the meeting time and location. Follow the voucher instructions carefully. A driver will meet you at the agreed point, collect the vehicle, and park it at a secure compound. Airport levy charges of £10 each way apply and are payable locally.
Return procedure
Return instructions are provided on a green card issued at drop-off and must be kept safe. After landing, follow the instructions on the card to arrange vehicle return. Exit fees apply and overstays may incur additional charges.
