Always found it to be easy to park, this year unknown to us our flight was delayed 9 hours so we had to return home and come back in again, we went to the parking desk to verify everything was o k, and the ticket was validated, so on our return we did not have any problems
We did not park in the airport in the end as it has become too expensive and a taxi both ways saves us a lot of money
Great parking and easy to find!
I have paid twice to park. I booked my car YE14 HFH for saturday 14th March to Tues 17 March reference KKZYVK £64.00. I was then charged another £105 when I attempted to leave on Tuesday. There is none tp contact or speak to when ypu telephone. A really bad and expensive service. I would appreciate somebody contacting me tp provide a refund.

It all worked exactly as it should, number plate recognition, entering and leaving, no trouble. A thankfully very short walk, (it was pouring with rain on our return) no problems.
All very easy and straightforward. Only comment would be clearer signs from parking lot to terminal, especially when arriving in the dark.

Very easy to book on line, simple to use with vehicle recognition to get into to park. We had a very long journey home and were diverted to Stanstead, leaving us having to be brought back to Norwich in coaches. I went into the airport and spoke to the man in the car parking office who was very helpful and sorted everything out for our exit from the car park. Just found the cost quite high. The hotels near the airport offers parking at just £5 per day!
