"Booking was simple as it auto filled much of the info based on our flight number.
Upon our arrival at Manchester I was impressed with the ease of access to the parking (number plate recognition) and the quick arrival and journey time of the transfer bus.
However, upon arrival at Terminal 2 we were confused as there was no sign of our flight. Eventually we worked out that we were at the wrong terminal, our flight left from terminal 1. This was a 15 minute walk away, with no shuttle bus. Not good for the stress levels that early in the morning, with children, luggage and a flight to catch! Luckily we arrived in time to check-in for our flight.
Upon our return, we had the same walk to do again, this time worrying if we would be charged extra if we failed to make it before our allotted booking time ended. The extra walk did take us over our allotted time, but thankfully the barrier lifted with no extra cost.
Having read through the confirmation emails again, I see that it does state that the parking is at T2, but the consequence of this is really not made clear enough. I doubt that I will be booking with you again as the stress of the experience (before and after) our holiday was really not worth the minimal saving against other providers.

In summary - if you are going to offer parking based on flight numbers you need to make it much clearer that it will be at a different terminal. Customers will not be expecting this!"

"Its a nightmare if you are in terminal 1-3 the bus drops at terminal 2 then there is a 20 minute walk up and over the sky walk way. Do not book this car park if travelling from 1 or 3 terminals."

"We had no issues parking at this site. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.
On return however, we did have a little trouble locating the correct bus to return us to the location. Probably our own fault as we returned to a different terminal to the one we flew out from and caused a little confusion when trying to identify which bus/shuttle to access to get back to the car.
The driver was very helpful and even gave us tips on our follow on journey regarding road works to avoid!
Thank you , would be more than happy to use this service again."

"This was the first time that I have used airport parking. I found that it was quite easy to find, the transfer bus was handy and when i returned my car was fine. This I found was cheaper and more convenient than using a taxi and will be using the service again."

Leaving the park was quick and easy transfers to and from the airport frequent and driver helpful to other people who were unsure which transfer they should get from other car parks, and I was impressed by this. Only problem I had was at first entering the car park and taking the token because I hadn't been given these instructions so I think it would be helpful to make this clear when you send out confirmation do others know what to expect."

"Very very quick and easy to access and leave the car park once I'd worked out about the token. The driver of the shuttle bus was really good and explained the token was all that was required if you had paid in advance.
If anything, perhaps a little more explanation that you don't need to use the pay stations to validate the token if you have already paid in advance.
I will use in future."

"Booked through essential travel. Had to ring to give my vehicle details as the booking did not show up on my internet log in. Good directions and easy to get to. On return we helped our disabled parents to their taxi first then headed to the bus but had to wait a good 30 minutes with a very tired hungry baby before a bus arrived to take us to the car. Will pay that bit extra and stay closer to arrivals next time."

"Hi, the machines at the car park had been changed cut the information printed from the booking on the website was for the old system, this was confusing and we had to ring for help. Other than that, the capark is convenient and reasonably priced"

"We recently used this car park for one week. Conveniently located with good bus service, however i couldn't gain access by inserting my card i booked with & had to contact the attendant to gain access. On departure, there was only one available exit & we were stuck in a queue for 20 minutes while everyone exiting had to contact the attendant as the automated system didn't work. I was requested to pay £100 to exit so had to call the attendant & quote my booking reference who then raised the barrier. I would consider other options before using this service again."

"The motorway access is excellent from my home. Parking within yards of a bus stop with frequent service made connection with the terminal a good experience. Entry and exit from parking area with credit card is useful. However in my case, on leaving at the end of my stay, the machine failed to return my card although it did lift the barrier. The 'Help' department responded quickly sending an operative. He arrived without delay and retrieved my card and then left as quickly as he had arrived, not checking that my second attempt to leave was succesful. My second attempt failed to lift barrier and return my card. More help was requested and a quick return by your almost silent operative resulted in my card being returned and an arrangement made to lift the barrier remotely. This episode did not spoil my experience as I can enjoy the bizarre antics of those around me. I would recommend your services to my friends."
