Important things to know

Call the car park approximately 30 minutes before your booked arrival time so staff can prepare for your transfer. You must leave your vehicle keys with the car park. On your return, call after reaching the baggage hall so the team can arrange your collection from the agreed terminal meeting point. Vans, minibuses and other oversized vehicles are subject to an additional £30 charge unless the appropriate large-vehicle product has been booked. Large sporting equipment cannot be carried on the shuttle, so passengers travelling with oversized items should drop them at the terminal before parking. Additional charges may apply if you arrive or return substantially outside your booked times.

Arrival procedure

Please call at least 30 minutes before the prearranged Park and Ride meeting.

It is important to make this call if you are running late or early.

That way the car park staff will be aware of your situation and assistance will be provided accordingly.

Return procedure

Please call when you arrive in the baggage hall, this will give the car park ample time to ensure your transport back to the car park is waiting for you at the agreed meeting point.

Please take proof of purchase with you on your day of travel.

If your booking carries over the pre-booked return date on your booking, the overstay charge is £20.00 per day.

There will be an additional £30.00 charge to pay on arrival at the car park if you are travelling in a van, minibus, or any oversized vehicle.
