"The initial information I was given about the address of the parking facility was rather concerning, that is I was advised when I made my booking that I had to use both the first line of the address, 17, Bath Road, and the post cod, or I would end up at the wrong place. My sat nav, Garmin, would not allow me to enter both the address and post code. So as I travelled I really did not know if I was going to end up at the right place. My anxiety was increased as my sat nav became confused as I left the M4, the verbal instructions (which were incorrect) being different to the display on the screen (which was in fact correct). So I travelled to the car park using only the post code. It took me to the right place. All other aspects of the organisation and logistics of the service, the parking of my car, transfer to terminal 4, collection from terminal 4, collection of my car were all excellent. The staff I came into contact with were all helpful and effective. Happy Brexit."January 25, 2017

"Very good service from Purple Parking. Efficient transfer to Terminal 4 outgoing. On return rang once off the plane, minibus was waiting when I emerged from terminal about 30 mins later, straight back to car park. Would have rated 5 except they'd "lost" my car on return and took about 10 mins to find it. Minor issue but an area for improvement."December 7, 2016

"Brilliant service - did not have to phone before arriving at T4 on our way out of the country as the driver was just waiting there for us, nor did we have to phone when we arrived home - the company had monitored our flight and knew we were on time, so the car was there waiting for us. This is the best experience of Meet and Great that I have used, and I use it fairly often - 3-4 times a year."September 6, 2016
