Surprisingly very impressed - got a really good deal -half the price of on airport parking so was slightly worried but it was one of my better decisions. Easy directions and in fact as you use junction 10 of the M23 instead of the usual junction 9 there were no queues to get off the motorway coming south whereas on a Monday morning the queue to exit Junction 9 was long so I was relieved to whizz past! There was an easy check in and the coach left within a few minutes of us getting on. The pick up was also fine with just a 5 min wait and the driver even picked up the cases for us. Polite check in staff too and the car started so all in all I will certainly use APH again.

I would like to say a big thank you to Lucy Cook & everyone at APH, when I pick up my car in the late evening I left a parcel in the toilet. It wasn't till we got home in the early hours that I realised I had left it behind. Luckily, when I phoned them up someone had handed it in, they took my details & within a couple of days it arrived home. So a BIG THANK YOU TO LUCY COOK & ALL AT APH
Fantastic, staff excellent, safe and secure parking. Shuttle bus takes you straight to terminal and there when you return. Brilliant, will definitely be using them again. No hassle, brilliant

From booking through to collecting my vehicle, an effortless excellent seamless service. All communications and staff were more than helpful was amazed at how quickly everything was happened. Very well organized! Thank you very much and will definitely recommend / use again.
Always use APH, used them first in 2000 and not used anyone else but them, always so easy to check in and check out, it this time we booked a hotel as well and can’t believe what we got for the price would definitely recommend, we stayed at Crowne Plaza Felbridge Gatwick and would definitely book again.
Booked for 8 days then needed to change the booking to 7 days but inclusive of the days I was already booked but they wouldn't change the dates or cancel the booking. The woman in question said that I could not turn up a day late my space would not be there even though I paid. So I tried to cancel the Paypal payment via my bank which worked but they still invoiced Paypal so now I have to pay for a space that was not used and was supposed to be canceled as I had to make other reservations. The woman on customer service was very unhelpful. I wouldn't use this company again due to this experience.
My return flight to Gatwick was delayed and diverted by the airline for 11 hours. After 26 hours with no sleep, I went to pick up my car and was charged for being late. I had no issue with the charge, but had a massive issue with the employee who said not their issue, was rude and abrasive. Not a friendly firm.
Second time we have used APH parking over a number of years and both times we have been happy with their service and will recommend and continue returning! Excellent value for money, easy to book and use, clean facilities and helpful staff.
