Checking in went fine- I was handed a card and found a parking space easily.
On our return there was no clear direction to
A 10 where we parked and we went to the wrong floor first. Finding the car then was easy.
However when I tried to exit, and scanned the card, I was told on screen to pay €90! My wife went with the card we were given to Reception and was given a new card. On scanning this, the on-screen notice said to pay €90! My wife went back to Reception and they lifted the barrier.
This experience puts me off using this again. In the end everything worked out, but if it was a wet day and I was travelling alone, it would have been much worse.
