As you exit the motorway, please call the car park to announce your intended arrival and you personal chauffeur will provide exact instructions on where to park.
Please note that if your chauffeur is dealing with another customer, he may not be able to take your call immediately but he will know you are on the line and your call will be answered as soon as possible.
Your chauffeur will inspect your vehicle for pre-existing damage and also ensure your travel details are correct. After signing to confirm these details, you'll receive a copy for your records and be then able to walk directly into the terminal to continue your journey.
Please feel free to ask your chauffeur anything you're unsure of. If he can't answer immediately he will ensure your questions or concerns are addressed at the earliest opportunity.
For your safety and convenience every chauffeur carries personal identification and details of insurance which are available for inspection should you require.
On your return to Stansted, you'll receive a 'Welcome Home' text message as soon as you switch your phone on. After collecting ALL your luggage AND clearing Customs, please call the car park to announce your arrival. The chauffeur will then instruct you on where to pick up your vehicle.
Once you've confirmed ownership and signed for your vehicle, you'll be able to exit the car park and airport complex with the minimum of fuss and delay.
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. On collecting your car, the driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.
This service does not accept vans of any size.
Running early or late:
When you drive to the airport, we appreciate that traffic and other circumstances may affect your arrival time. Please call if you are running late or early and we'll do our best to ensure we're able to accommodate you. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes either side of your designated drop off time, we can't guarantee we'll be able to book you in immediately but we can guarantee you'll be served as soon as possible.
On the return leg of your journey we monitor the arrival time of your flight so don't require any further information from you and will accommodate standard delays. However, if there is a material amendment to your flight (such as an additional day) you may be liable for additional parking charges.

I don't normally write reviews.....But really feel like I should.
Service was great and took all the hassle away and made flying a breeze, was only me and my partner traveling and only for the weekend on this occasion. But from now on will always be using this service for business, weekends and family holidays. And I though the price was really good, only £5 more than having to find the car park and grabbing a bus!!

Very polite and professional service. Might be an idea to remind customers to keep £2 handy for exit from airport. Could add on to price and give to customer on return of vehicle for even more user friendly service!
