"On the way back from airport I called to operator informing to collect me and my wife with child from designated collection point. When driver arrived he told me to stay away and wait for other van to collect me because my party (3 people) is not big and other people's, who arrived after me, have more family members and they need to load first. We unload our hand baggage and wait on freezing temperatures outside. When other driver arrived it was one more confusion because he also don't want take our family and asked to wait again. My child complained about cold and wife start be furious and only after that - we been finally permitted to get inside the van. It was very bad experience and I never recommend this service again. Sorry to tell you that but its only one way to complain. Thank you."
