The directions from the M27 were wrong. They said that when arriving from the East take the first exit off the roundabout, and when arriving from the West take the third exit. In other words, turn South. In fact the car park is to the North. When arriving from the East take the *third* exit. Fortunately I had left enough time that we didn't miss our flight. However everyone I complained to said "its not my job" or "thats done by another company, and we've already told them about this". Maybe you can get it fixed. Apart from that the shuttle bus was quick and efficient, and the car was still there and undamaged when we got back.

My experience of this parking service wasn't quite as straightforward as expected but all the minor problems were quickly sorted and there were no serious delays. I would recommend that the directions for parking and using the 'park and ride' bus were much clearer. Some big signs, in the car park, with instructions would help. At the airport, a free-phone connecting to the bus driver would really be a smart move. It is no great pleasure having to walk hundreds of yards in driving rain to a bus stop to discover no waiting bus!

Excellent service to and from the airport, just a shame you cannot be droped off and picked up outside the the airport building, but i guess this is just politics.

Fast, easy and friendly ! Pulled into car park early morning (5am) and was met with a smile and a warm mini-coach. All formalities cleared without fuss and arrived at airport in plenty of time with no hassle. Coming back we called the number provided when we were in the baggage hall and the driver turned up within 5 mins - would definitely use again and reccomend

It was the first time I had used this service, and will definetly use again. The directions and instructions were very good. Driver very friendly and helpful. I was given a mobile no to ring on return, and once I was out of the airport, the driver was there within 5 mins, and dropped me right to my car. My only suggestion would be,to have the sign to carpark not right on top of the entrance, as the entrance is not visable in advance and I had no time to indicate.
