Terminal 1 Please follow signs for T1 Departures, go up the ramp and follow the lane. That indicates DROP OFF ZONE, follow the lane in and pull in on the left hand side when you can, this will be the area your vehicle will be collected.
Terminal 2: Upon leaving the M56 Motorway entering the airport premises follow the RED signs for Terminal 2 departures. Drive into T2 departures go over the speed bump and pull in on the left hand side. This is where your vehicle will be collected.
Terminal 3: Upon leaving the M56 Motorway entering the airport premises follow the PURPLE signs for Terminal 3. The meeting point for this terminal is outside the car hire. Companies on the left hand side, this is where the chauffeur will collect your vehicle.
Please call the number on your confirmation fifteen minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time.
On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return BEFORE you have collected your baggage from the carousel. You will then be asked to call again once you have COLLECTED your luggage. We will then direct you to your vehicle.
All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to a fully secure and insured compound, where your car will remain until your return. The car park is equipped with CCTV and security fencing, and is manned 24 hours a day.
This service does not accept any motor vehicle transporter which, inclusive of trailer(s) has a carrying capacity of more than 2 vehicles; commercial vehicles with a gross weight in excess of 3.5 tons; motorcycles.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you call the car park fifteen minutes BEFORE you arrive at Manchester Airport. This is to ensure that we inform you of any security changes at Manchester Airportyou call the Car Park 15 minutes before you arrive.
If arrival date or return date falls on a Bank Holiday, Christmas Day or New Years Day. There will be an extra charge of £7.00 that will be applied at the car park.

Despite phoning 10 minutes before arrival, & when we arrived, we had to wait at least 10 minutes & phone again.We were hassled by the parking attendants.
On our return we phoned at the carousel,& were told to go out of the exit,turn right, & wait by the bus stop. we had to phone a few times & were told to go across to the B.P. garage because we would be fined £80 if they came to us. When we got the car back, we were told that we should have gone upstairs to arrivals where we had been dropped off.It was Toad parking,although we booked Global.

The Global Meet and Greet worked very well and the price was very competitive. My car was collected and returned promptly and in good order. I would certainly use this service again.

MEET? and GREET? WHAT A JOKE!
We waited 30 mins for our car to be picked up at the airport and then on our return kept getting fobbed off with '5 mins' by your driver. 30 mins later he arrived and had the cheek to ask 'have you been waiting long' On receiving our explicit reply he blamed 'the management' for not having enough drivers available to do all the jobs.
So change the drivers, change the management or just give up now because we can't see you getting much business in the future!
