Directions

Drive straight to the terminal and follow the signs for the Multi Storey Car Park. You will find Priority Parking on Level 2 of the Multi Storey Car Park.

Info

Arrival procedure

On arrival please drive to Level 2 of the Multi Storey Car Park and follow the road to the Priority Parking entrance. Then drive up to the barrier which will read your number plate and lift automatically to let you in. If there are any issues press the intercom button for assistance. You will then be directed to the Priority Parking reception, where a member of staff will meet you and talk you through the admission procedure. You will need to hand your keys over to the member of staff. From there, you will be able to walk to the terminal, which is ca. 3 minutes away.

Please note that any early or late arrivals may experience a short delay in the admission procedure.

Info

Return procedure

On your return, please make your way to the Priority Parking reception on Level 2 of the Multi Storey Car Park where your vehicle will be returned to you. A member of staff will hand you your keys.

If you're going to be more than a day early or late in returning, please call the car park on 07809 492 351.

Info

Security

Your car will be parked in one of the official on-airport car parks while you are on holiday (normally the Short Term car park). These all have entry and exit barriers, high fences and lighting, and are regularly patrolled.

Additional information

The Multi Storey car park where Priority Parking is located has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

The car park cannot accept large vehicles, for example SUVs with roof racks.

You need to arrive at the time you have booked as the car park can only take a certain number of arrivals and departures at a given time due to space. If you can't book the time you want, you might need to choose an earlier or later slot.

Your car will normally be parked in the Multi Storey car park. Occasionally it will be in the Mid Term or Long Term car park instead.

Please note that due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times.
Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.

"Excellent service. No hiccups. Polite and helpful staff. Luton airport is a mess but the priority parking section was an oasis of tranquility. Car collected with no fuss and was waiting for us on return. Thank you."

"Big, I mean big problem finding the entrance as no signs for Priority Parking. Also, we were a day late and felt the fine of £36.00 was a bit steep. Otherwise fine. Staff friendly and system worked well."

"Considering a recent change of location for Priority Parking that caused some confusion on arrival it was a faultless service.
Luton is a nightmare for traffic at the moment, but our car was ready and waiting, so well done."
