Arrival procedure

On drop off day please call Express Meet and Greet Luton when you are 15 minutes away from the airport to inform them of your impending arrival.

Important: Although Express Meet and Greet Luton will endeavour to accommodate early or late arrivals this is not always possible therefore, if, on the day, you know you are going to arrive over 20 minutes earlier or later than indicated on your booking you may be asked to wait in the MID TERM Car Park, (30 minutes free drop off area.) You will then be called when the driver is ready to meet you, and you will be asked to go to the designated Meet and Greet Area near the paystation in the short term car park.

All drivers carry personal identification and will have a copy of your booking details. The driver will offer to unload your car, check for any damage and verify your return flight details with you. The driver will ask you to sign the paperwork and give you a copy. Please hand over your car keys only, (Express Meet and Greet Luton will not be responsible for any other keys.) As we may need to contact you please ensure that the correct mobile number has been provided on the booking details.

Strict airport regulations mean that drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in the meet and greet area.

Return procedure

When you land you will receive a Welcome Home text message from Express Meet and Greet Luton as soon as you turn your phone on. They will have tracked your return flight and your driver will be waiting nearby with your car. Once you have your luggage and are ready to walk into the designated Meet and Greet area, please call Express Meet and Greet to let them know that you are ready to take your car, and the driver will come and meet you.

Again please be aware that there is a strict 10 minute waiting time in the designated Meet and Greet area therefore it is essential that you do not call your driver until you are ready to come out.

Your driver will check over your car with you and ask you to sign that you are happy with its condition. He may ask to see some ID to make sure that he is returning the right car to the right person.

The car parking compound is surrounded by a perimeter fence and monitored by 24 hour CCTV coverage. An onsite security guard is also present. Express Meet and Greet Luton is registered with Companies House and all drivers are CRB checked and fully insured.

"One of the best valet services we've used. Polite courteous and friendly and most importantly, on time. A little complicated to find due to the building work at the airport. Just head for number 11 in the short stay car park. Would definitely recommend."

"Excellent service. The pick up and collect was bang on time. The process of dropping and collecting the car was super easy. The staff was supportive and quite professional. The construction work at airport made the navigation bit uneasy, but it was not that bad. The drop and collect was 3-4 mins walk from the terminals."
