I had to wait over 20 minute for someone to come to collect my car on the way out even if I called them 30 minutes before I came to the airport. Also on the wait back there was no one answering the mobile number shown on the confirmation for a good 10 minutes.

The good car was easy to drop off and was delivered back to the collection point promptly. The bad is between dropping the car off and flying out of the UK my wife's phone went missing and was last seen on the passenger seat. We called the drop off number at 11:24 and was promised a call back. No call came and when we checked on arriving back in the UK we were informed there was no log of our call and no phone had been found in the car. For sure we cannot be sure it was in the car but it has cast a huge doubt and has affected our overall satisfaction with the service

This was my first time t use Meet and Greet. I was very happy with the service which was very efficient. A rep there on my arrival at car park at 4.45am and waiting again on my return with just 10 mins notice. I would recommend this service and will certainly use it again.
