Very happy with meet and greet. Were there before me and there when we arrived back and we only had hand luggage so were very quick.

I will not use this service again, it took over a hour for my car to arrive. My flight was early and I did not expect my car to be there waiting, however over a hour waiting os not satisfactory.

Excellent service - rang ~20mins before arrival and someone was there to meet me.
Rang when I landed on the return trip and, again, someone there to meet me in the short-stay car park.

Pauline was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. We had arrived early on our outward journey because we did not know how long it would take us to get there, but even with that the service was there to meet us. Equally efficient was our experience on the return journey. The only thing I would say is that I did not have the telephone number I needed on approach, only the call centre number, who were able to give me the right number.

drop car off was good only had to wait 5 minutes.
at arrival things were starting to go wrong as we called as soon as we landed and when at car 20 minutes later no car.
we had to wait for 25 minutes and because of that reason wil never use the service again.
also to pay agian for the parking as we could meet at the drop of I do not understand and is unnecessary.
The woman who had our car seemed not aware of the problem and was not understanding about what we were saying. She blamed the trafic but that was obvious not why she was late.
So I am sorry but theis was an poor service.
My advice would be to be there when the client enters the drop of sone and make sure you help if needed with bags etc. that is called service and a reason to do it again. Not this way!
I hope you take this on board but you have lost a costumer with this one.

Firstly we we going to be late due to an accident on the A13/A406 so we phoned to inform you and were answered by an extremely rude lady who kept saying we were late, also when we collected the car, the carpark operator refused to let us out of the carpark as you were not authorised to access the carpark, only after explaining that we to collect our children did they agree to let us out.
Terrible service which I would not use again or recommend.

I don't normally do reviews but this is worthy of exception. Going out, the driver was there within 2 minutes of me arriving at the airport and coming back, within 5 minutes of me calling him. 25% cheaper than the on-site parking facility and no walk to the car. I shall recommend this service.

The Meet and Greet service was excellent. The driver was already at the airport to 'greet' us when we arrived. He was polite, friendly and efficient. Our return flight was delayed more than 2 hours but the driver arrived with our car within a few minutes of our call to his number. I would use the service again and recommend it to others.

Servie was excellent. Driver was waiting for me as I arrived at the ghastly hour of 5.30am on a Saturday morning. he provided me with helpful information about driving through London the following Saturday at midday (something I am not use to). Same guy was waiitng for me on my return, car cleaned. Fast, efficient, polite service throughout.
