"As instructed I called the mobile number 10-15 mins before arriving at Leeds Bradford airport. Made four calls each of which told me my call could not be taken. Called the emergency number when I reached the airport and was told they would be there within a couple of minutes which they were. Apparently the customer mobile was on silent! Apart from that everything was perfect. I have used the service on several occasions previously without issues."April 24, 2018

"Having used the far more 'professional' Meet and Greet at Manchester, was a bit apprehensive just handing over my keys in front of the airport. "We booked a 'Meet n Greet' as my wife has disabilities, nearing the airport we rang to arrange for the car to be met, however, when we eventually got through to someone, they said, "we are on holiday and the car park is closed", they offered no alternative. We then had to use the long stay car park, my disabled wife then had to struggle to the shuttle bus to reach the airport. We found the parking service that we had paid for very unprofessional, we shall be seeking redress."September 21, 2015

"Highly recommended. We arrived an hour earlier than anticipated as travel to the airport was quicker than expected. Lisa made arrangements to come and meet us herself and the outward handover was seemless.
On the way back our flight was massively delayed due to bad weather and for several hours we were unsure whether we would be flying that day or postponed until the next day. Lisa responded promptly to a text message and reassured us that she would meet us with our car whenever we arrived. True to her word, she was there smiling with the car warm and waiting when we finally arrived at nearly midnight.

I have used 3 meet & greet services at LBA & these have been the best by a long way. Met outside the terminal as described, unlike the airports own meet & greet which you are met in the short stay car park.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND - WILL USE EVERY TIME WE TRAVEL."

We were met promptly on arrival and the car was ready and waiting on our return. "booked to meet at 5.45am at leeds bradford airport. Rang 07838750336 20 minutes prior to arriving and the number diverted to a new number, left a message to say we we on our way. Rang at least 4 more times on way to airport no reply still diverting. Arrived at 5.45am as arranged, no meet and greet, rang local office and lady said she didn't know where driver was and could not help. waited 20 minutes and flight at 7.20am so really panicking my husband decided to rush to long stay to park. I went to check in and luckily they let me check my husband in, without him being there! Got a call from the driver at 6.10am saying what time did we want picking up he had had a problem with his phone. I pointed out he had left it on divert he said he was on his way, my husband then rushed from long stay to arrive at meet and greet still no driver waited 5 mins and he arrived and he said 'i have had a nightmare of a morning!' we managed to get our flight we were all very upset and stressed. we e mailed the company and they have offered a £2 refund - disgusting. I am about to go on line and warn everyone off this meet and greet plus have contacted watch dog to see if they are interested in story. we just wanted our money back I thought that was fair considering the stress they caused us."August 16, 2012
