Terminal 2: Postcode: TW6 1EW

From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3, following onto the Western Perimeter Road.

Go through the tunnel.
When you have exited the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station on your right,

Once you are on the ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Please make sure you are in lane 5 or 6, (towards the ticket machine), this will take you to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park. Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the car park. Once you enter the car park on Level 4, keep to the RIGHT following the signs for 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet' and then please park your car in "Row B".

Terminal 3: Postcode: TW6 3QG

From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 following onto the Western Perimeter Road.

Go through the tunnel
Upon Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW 'B' it is the far end of ROW B.

Terminal 4: Postcode: TW6 3XA

Follow the signs for Heathrow Terminal 4, go through the road narrowing at entrance to terminal 4, stay in the right lane this will lead you to the short stay car park. Please take a ticket at the machine and go to Level 2 of the car park following the signs for off airport meet and greet. Please proceed to Row 'F' Bay F 55 onwards.

Terminal 5: Postcode: TW6 2GA

Follow the signs for 'Short stay Car Park' found on the right hand side of the ramp as you exit from the roundabout entering Terminal 5. Once you have entered the short stay areas stay as far left and pass the first set of barriers you then proceed and stay in this lane which will take you straight to a purple booth, this is where you have to either press the top and or bottom bottom for the first set of barriers to open, thereafter please proceed to the next set of barriers and press the white flashing button. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones 'R'-'S'. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted as 'Off Airport Meet & Greet'.

Arrival procedure

Please call the car park when you're approximately 30 minutes away from your departure terminal on number 07497577531. Follow the directions for your designated terminal. Take picture of your mileage for your records. Validate your car park ticket (£7.50 payable by yourself). The car park's driver will guide you to the validation area. If you're unsure or lost, don't exit the car park. Find a safe spot to park and give the car park a call and they will assist you further.

Return procedure

Upon landing, please give the car park a call on 07497577531 to confirm your safe arrival. Call them again once you've collected your luggage. If you have only hand luggage, please call them after passing passport control. The car park's driver will meet you at the designated meeting point specified for your terminal. There, you'll inspect your vehicle and compare your mileage. After confirming your vehicle's condition, the car park's representative will hand over your keys and a new ticket. Please validate this ticket by yourself and pay the exit fee.

Important Information

Please be aware that the short-term parking lot has a 2.2-meter height restriction. If your car is taller than this, you must make arrangements with the parking controller before arriving.
