Arrival procedure

Before You Arrive: On the day of travel, please contact the car park approximately 30-45 minutes before arrival so the team can prepare for your vehicle check-in and transfer.

At the Car Park:
• On arrival, please park within the designated check-in area
• Remain with your vehicle and wait for a member of staff to assist you
• Customers are required to leave their vehicle keys with the parking team while the vehicle is securely stored within the facility during the booking period.

Airport Transfer: Once check-in is complete, a shuttle transfer will take you directly to your terminal at Heathrow Airport.

Departure procedure

After You Land: Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal at Heathrow Airport, please contact the car park using the operational number provided in your booking confirmation.

Shuttle Collection: You will be instructed to proceed to your terminal's Short Stay collection area, where the shuttle transfer will collect you and drive you back to the car park for vehicle handover.

Security

Heathrow Car Park Ltd offer 24-hour access from a fully secure, single-story site, with comprehensive CCTV monitoring and controlled shutter entry and exit systems to ensure maximum vehicle safety.
