Overview

Heathrow Elite Parking is an established, well reviewed third-party park and ride car park.

It is one of a number of secure third-party off-airport park and ride car parks - Terminals Parking, Allegiance, Purple Parking and Maple - that offer extremely competitive pricing compared to the official Heathrow park and ride.

If you haven't already done a search, then you will find pricing is generally less than Purple Parking and Maple Express, but more expensive than Allegiance or Terminals Parking.

It is situated in a council-owned, purpose-built, nine-floor multi-storey, meaning your car will be protected from the elements while you are away. Purple Parking is also a multi-storey while the others are not.

Like all of them, it has 24/7 CCTV coverage, full lighting and professional on-site staff.

It is flexible.

It is slightly farther than the others, but benefits from being outside the ULEZ zone meaning you can save that charge. Some of the others are closer but you may have to pay the ULEZ fee. In terms of travel time, all of them cite between 10 - 15 minutes.

It has a shuttle bus that is on-demand, while Purple Parking and Maple Express have a bus with transfers every 20 minutes. It recommends you call 30 minutes before arrival to ensure the bus is ready for you as you arrive.

Arrival procedure

1. Drive to TOOTHILL MULTI STOREY car park, Staines.
• Enter the car park and follow the signs to Level 1 or Level 2.
• Proceed to the entrance of Level 1.
2. Meet Our Team.
• A member of our team will greet you on Level 1.
• They will assist you with parking and guide you towards the shuttle service.
3. Shuttle Transfer.
• Board our 9-seater shuttle vehicle.
• You will be transferred directly to your booked Heathrow Terminal (T2, T3, T4, or T5).
4. Drop-off at Departures.
• You will be dropped at the furthest lane away from the terminal in the Departures area.
• This lane is the designated safe and legal drop-off/pick-up point.

Return procedure

1. On Arrival Back at Heathrow.
• After collecting your luggage, proceed to the same furthest lane away from the terminal (Departures area) where you were originally dropped.
2. Shuttle Pick-up.
• Our 9-seater shuttle will meet you there.
• Look out for our branded vehicle and staff member.
3. Return to TOOTHILL Car Park.
• You will be transferred back to Toothill Car Park in Staines.
• Collect your vehicle and continue your onward journey.
