Heathrow 5 Star Meet and Greet

Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described in your confirmation email.
Please call 30 min before arriving at the airport (unless the driver calls you). Please see the detailed instructions for each Terminal below.
Terminal 2 (Postcode: TW6 1EW)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3 (Postcode: TW6 1QG)
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3. Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA)
Please drive to the Departures drop off area, there are 3 Lanes. Once you approach Terminal 4 DEPARTURES there are 3 lanes, please park in Lane A the 3rd lane away from the building. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5 (Postcode: TW6 2GA)
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On your return, please call the number in your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car. The driver will pay for 15 minutes waiting time in the car park; if you take longer than 15 minutes, you will be responsible for any additional parking fees due.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to enter the arrivals hall, you will see an exit by W H Smith’s. Exit the building and walk straight over the Zebra crossing to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK. You will see some lifts on your left hand side; take them to Up to Level 2 Row F, when you exit the lifts turn left and follow the Off-Airport area this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Park Mark award holder. All drivers have fully comprehensive insurance to drive your vehicle. The compound has High Perimeter Fencing with coded gates, CCTV and is Manned 24 Hours a day by Dog patrol.
However, the cars are parked at owners own risk, subject to Terms and Conditions.
Please note, cars cannot be collected before 4am. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver.
All vehicles are accepted as long as they can be driven on a standard license, have valid MOT and Road Tax.
If you arrive an hour after your booked time, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10. If you arrive 2 hours or later, then there is a charge of £20 to pay the driver in cash on arrival.
I found it strange that I was called and told to meet the representative at Departures, both when I dropped the car off and on my return. No inspection report was made of the car when dropping off. On my return I had to walk the length of the departures road to find my car. When I did, the guy asked for my name, gave me the keys, and just ran off. The whole thing felt very dodgy - why was my car not at the short term car park? Thankfully my car was OK, but the whole experience made me feel very uncomfortable so I will not be using this 'company' again. This is definitely not 5 Star meet and greet.

The company was in contact with me on the day of travel to help co-ordinate car pick up. Courteous staff who provide precise instructions and always available when we called.
Upon return to Heathrow - again - the staff picked up our phone calls right away and had the car ready for us.
Will certainly use again!

I can't express how pleased I was with the parking... I arrived at the airport and they were waiting for me and when I arrived it was 5 mins for them to get to me and the driver so friendly and careful about wiping down the car surfaces for Corona

Very efficient when dropping the car off.
When returning we followed the instructions and still had to pay for the parking ticket on the way out of the car park. An extra £7.80 - NOT IMPRESSED.
I have tried to call, their lines are working. I have sent an email and it states it takes weeks to get a refund.

Good communication, fast collection and drop off, but i'm only giving 2 stars because both drivers were not wearing masks or gloves, which feels irresponsible during these Covid times and meant that I had to wipe down and air my car before I could let my family go inside, which at 9.30pm with two young children was very frustrating.
