Heathrow 5 Star Meet and Greet

5 Star Meet & Greet offers a seamless handover at the terminal's Short Stay car park, providing a convenient 2–5 minute walk to the check-in desks. Your vehicle is kept in a secure, police-vetted "Park Mark" compound featuring 24/7 manned security, dog patrols, and high-frequency CCTV. The service is noted for its flexibility, with staff often able to accommodate early arrivals or flight delays with a quick phone call to their dedicated team.

Overview

Personalized Service: As a family-run business, they pride themselves on a more attentive service compared to larger corporate providers, often assisting with luggage where possible.

Top-Tier Security: Unlike some independent lots, their compound is protected by 24-hour manned security and dog patrols, adding an extra layer of physical deterrent beyond standard fencing.

Photographic Inspections: Upon arrival, drivers take digital photos of your vehicle to document its condition, providing you with documented peace of mind while you are away.

Flight Monitoring: The team tracks your return flight in real-time, ensuring a driver is dispatched to the meeting point just as you clear customs and collect your bags.

EV Charging Available: They offer an electric vehicle charging service for an additional fee (approx. £40), ensuring your car is powered up and ready for your journey home.

Fully Insured Chauffeurs: All drivers are uniformed, carry ID, and are covered by fully comprehensive insurance to move your vehicle between the terminal and the compound.

Directions

Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described in your confirmation email.

Arrival procedure

Please call 30 min before arriving at the airport (unless the driver calls you). Please see the detailed instructions for each Terminal below.

Terminal 2 (Postcode: TW6 1EW)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3 (Postcode: TW6 1QG)
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3. Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA)
Please drive to the Departures drop off area, there are 3 Lanes. Once you approach Terminal 4 DEPARTURES there are 3 lanes, please park in Lane A the 3rd lane away from the building. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5 (Postcode: TW6 2GA)
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

Return procedure

On your return, please call the number in your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car. The driver will pay for 15 minutes waiting time in the car park; if you take longer than 15 minutes, you will be responsible for any additional parking fees due.

Terminal 2
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 4
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to enter the arrivals hall, you will see an exit by W H Smith’s. Exit the building and walk straight over the Zebra crossing to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK. You will see some lifts on your left hand side; take them to Up to Level 2 Row F, when you exit the lifts turn left and follow the Off-Airport area this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Security

Park Mark award holder. All drivers have fully comprehensive insurance to drive your vehicle. The compound has High Perimeter Fencing with coded gates, CCTV and is Manned 24 Hours a day by Dog patrol.

However, the cars are parked at owners own risk, subject to Terms and Conditions.

Additional information

Please note, cars cannot be collected before 4am. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver.

All vehicles are accepted as long as they can be driven on a standard license, have valid MOT and Road Tax.

If you arrive an hour after your booked time, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10. If you arrive 2 hours or later, then there is a charge of £20 to pay the driver in cash on arrival.

This option is for T4 only and for customers travelling in electric vehicles.

Please ensure that you bring your charging equipment with you.

Kindly specify your desired charging preference at the drop-off location. You can choose between a 100% charge or 80%.
