Directions
Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described in your confirmation email.
Arrival procedure
• Drive directly to your terminal at Heathrow airport.
• Call the number provided in your confirmation email when you are 20 minutes away from the terminal. Do not call the car park after you reach your terminal. If you are running late or early please do keep the car park posted.
• Meet the chauffeur at the designated point mentioned in the "Direction to Terminals" instructions.
Return procedure
Once you've received your luggage, call FastPark on the number provided and then proceed to the meeting point.

Heathrow Airport is now located in the ULEZ zone. Non-compliant vehicles are required to pay the ULEZ fee in order to access the airport. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that you check your vehicle and if required pay the ULEZ fee. The fee applies to each day you drive in the ULEZ zone, for example both your day of departure and your return. Penalties apply if you fail to do so.
