Arrival procedure
Drive to Sofitel and arrive around your chosen time, park in the arrivals bay. The representative will be waiting for you. Following a short vehicle inspection for any pre-existing damage you will hand-over your keys and your car will be parked for you. Entry / Exit car park fees are INCLUDED in the price.
Return procedure
Head back to the collection area and your car will be waiting for you. If you expect to arrive early or late or your travel plans change, please contact the number in your booking confirmation giving as much notice as possible. Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from the Handover team. If you do not have this then the team will need to see and take an image of your passport/photo id - which, of course, must match the booking name.
