Arrival procedure

Drive to the car park – directions and postcode will be in your booking confirmation. The barrier will lift automatically when it reads your number plate. Park in any free space and keep your keys.

Head to reception and catch the free shuttle to the terminal. It runs 24/7 and takes about 6 minutes.

Return procedure

When you get back, once you've collected your luggage, call the car park to request a shuttle. Pick-up is just outside arrivals. Then drive to the barrier, which will lift automatically, and head home.

Accessibility

The shuttle bus is wheelchair accessible. Just call the car park once you've booked to arrange assistance.

Addtional information

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.5m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
