Distance to airport

EPG Parking Gatwick operates from the Short stay (multistorey) car park outside the North and South Terminals, but your car is stored away from airport in fully secure car park.

Transfers from airport

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met walking distance from Terminal.

You will need to pay a Short Stay car park exit fee on your return, which is currently £4 (subject to change).

Follow signs to Gatwick Airport from all major roads.

Arrival procedure

On your way to the airport we ask that you call prior to arrival to confirm the meeting point.
Please follow signs for Short Stay (multi-storey) car park, enter it and take a ticket at the barrier. The ticket needs to be handed to the driver. An EXACT MEETING LOCATION will be confirmed when you call 15 min prior your arrival.

Return procedure

On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel, so the driver will advise you about an exact meeting point at Short Stay car park.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to pay £4.00 exit fee. An exit ticket is only valid for 10min; you will be required to pay for any overstay.

Security

Vehicles are stored in a secure unit with 24 hour on site security within minutes from the airport.

Great service. Received a call as we were about to set off to confirm they were expecting us. We called in and despite us forgetting which Gatwick terminal we were going to (not the one we usually use and know) the operator carefully instructed us where to drop off the car. A slick process. We returned and were told the car would be in the expected spot in 10 minutes and it was.

This booking started out very well and finished well. We had some hiccups along the way though as a mix up on collection time when we arrived back in uk! I have to,say partly my fault but the manner and gruffness in resolving the issue could have been handled better and I was also asked to pay another £30 on top of original booking price! My advice would be to be careful when booking
