Exit the A8 following signs for Edinburgh Airport. As you enter the Airport, go straight across the roundabouts following signs for Terminal and Pick-up Zone.
As you go through the barrier, please take a ticket and follow signs to Pick-up Zone. Once in the Pick-up Zone, go to the right corner where your driver will meet you. Please hand the car park ticket to your driver so that they can exit the Pick-up Zone. Your driver, who will have a uniform and ACE/Maple Manor ID, will carry out an inspection on your car before taking it to their secure car park a short distance away.
Please remove all other keys before handing your vehicle key to the driver.
On your return, please call the car park on the number on your confirmation as soon as you have collected all of your luggage to let them know and your car will be delivered back to the Pick-up Zone where you dropped it off.
Directions to this point will be given to you by your driver when you drop off your car.
Your car will be parked in a secured storage car park, fenced and manned with CCTV. All their car parks are patrolled throughout the day and night.
All staff are CRB checked and Comprehensively insured to drive on the highway.

Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with ACE prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
If you are returning ahead of schedule, please phone ACE asap. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Please note that it's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE will not be able to drive it to the car park and you will not be able to get a refund.

I was impressed at both leaving off the car but more so upon return as all was very well put together, good manpower who were all very efficient and took no time ingetring the car loaded and my husband and I on our way. My only complaint , which is slightly petty is that whilst I understand the drivers seat being moved I don't see why my radio being tampered with was a necessity at all. I have used this service before and found it very effecient which is why I made use again. I will be more than happy to use purple again and am also happy to let friends and family made aware if the service.

Be aware . Collected my new car Thurs am roof covered in thick bird droppings. When washed there were scratches on roof , bonnet and boot . Paint broken.
Phoned to complain 3 times and was given false email address which bounced back .
Disappointed as service itself was ok but will definitely not use again.

This is so easy to use the drop off and pick up of the car was faultless but I didn't get my car key ring back on my key fob which was a gift. I have email and waiting for a response.
