"I was impressed at both leaving off the car but more so upon return as all was very well put together, good manpower who were all very efficient and took no time ingetring the car loaded and my husband and I on our way. My only complaint , which is slightly petty is that whilst I understand the drivers seat being moved I don't see why my radio being tampered with was a necessity at all. I have used this service before and found it very effecient which is why I made use again. I will be more than happy to use purple again and am also happy to let friends and family made aware if the service."

"Be aware . Collected my new car Thurs am roof covered in thick bird droppings. When washed there were scratches on roof , bonnet and boot . Paint broken.
Phoned to complain 3 times and was given false email address which bounced back .
Disappointed as service itself was ok but will definitely not use again."

"This is so easy to use the drop off and pick up of the car was faultless but I didn't get my car key ring back on my key fob which was a gift. I have email and waiting for a response."

"Excellent service, fantastic when returning in the early hours of the morning with kids.
Only thing that wasn't done, the car was not checked over for any damage, as stated in my booking. Apart from that, I will be using this service from now on."

"The meet and greet worked well however finding the actual drop off point was a bit hit and miss and had to go round twice before finding the car park section we were looking for. Other than that the process was seamless and will use again."
