It was the first time I have used this service and I was very pleased. The number plate recognition worked. However, I was a little concerned if I would find a parking place as I had to go up to the top floor. The top floor is outside and when i returned from my trip. Seagulls had deposited over my car. I would use the service again. At the moment there is a lot of construction work going on but I feel when this has been completed it will be a very efficient service.

excellent service, no problems getting in or out of car park. Only comment wold be that car park spaces are quite small, so had to look around for a double space so could get out of car once parked. we have a standard size family car

Car park is under-cover and safe. However, on arrival the automatic number plate recognition system failed to recognise my number plat, and I had to speak to staff to sort it out.

Easy to find and extremely convenient for the ferry. Online booking was very easy and competitively priced. Parking spaces however are quite narrow and we were a little surprised to find the ramp between floors being used by traffic going up as well as down. Perhaps this should be more clearly indicated as you enter the car park. Overall, a very good experience and would definitely use again and/or recommend to a friend.

First class. Only trouble was that upon enterning Dover from the Deal road we missed our way and blundered into the ferry terminal for car departures rather than the car park. We were quickly re directed. I guess the road signs are clear enough but after a long drive it is easy to become disorientated.

This car parking is very convenient for passengers.

We were unsure if we should take a ticket or not at the barrier when we entered the carpark, but we pressed the help button and the Barrier lifted. The same happend when we left the car park, so all was well, but felt it could have been made clearer in the instructions we were given. Apart from that, it was very very easy way to park.
