Car park surface is poor. Barrier to exit did not work first time, had to approach a second barrier to exit.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Somewhat nervous before hand about relying on a "number plate recognition system" to gain access to car park-but it worked perfectly.

Good to be able to park so close to the airport and at a reasonable charge. However, it was hammering down with rain when we arrived and it would have been nice to have a bus take us the five minutes or so to the terminal, rather than us getting soaked.

Directions to car park were okay but the final stages were inaccurate. There are also two different long stay car parks and this was not clearly distinguished.
The instructions on arrival at the car park barrier need to be clearer too. There is an information board with excessive text, too much to read when driving and a sticker on the ticket machine before the barrier which confused me sufficiently to entice me to put my credit card it. It later transpired that I shouldn't have done this as we would have been charged twice, something I managed to rectify on our return. Your instructions simply state, take a ticket, it would be more helpful if they also told you not to insert you credit card.
Location of the car park is ideal as it was a 5 minute walk to the terminal.
I would use the car park again and would book through Airport Parking Shop as I am now familiar with the route to the car park and ticket instructions.

The parking was situated close to the terminal and was within easy walking distance with a suitcase. Validating the ticket on the return journey was also easy and quick. The one thing I would say is that the sign posts for long term/short term aren't so good. I mistakenly took a wrong tun and ended up having to go into the short term car park (no way to reverse before going through barrier) and had to pay £1 for spending less than 30 secs as this would appear to be the only way out. Also the barriers were not manned so had no choice but to pay for the ticket in order to navigate around to the long term.

As always, parking with BCP was a straightforward process of booking online, parking on day of departure and retrieving car of day of return(although our dead car battery was a bit of a pain!) Car park staff were co-operative and helpful while we waited for RAC to arrive.
Parking is located very near terminal and shuttle bus available.

The ease with which I was able to park and collect my Car at Cardiff was amazing. On so many other occasions I've used Taxis and have had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour to get a return taxi as the Airport Taxi rank is not well staffed. Parking the car in the airport car park was so much easier.
I arrived at the Car Park in the early hours of the morning, by the time I had my case out of the boot of the car the shuttle bus had arrived to take me and my partner to the Main Airport Building.
On return it took me only 10 minutes from getting my luggage to driving away. The staff member on the NCP desk validated the ticket in a few seconds and I was at the car in only a few minutes - an excellent experience.

Bit confusing as we initially went into short stay as directed and were confused as we had to deal with exit gates before entering long stay! Now we know routine we will use again!

It was very easy to book on line and very well priced. With the airport being quiet (for a change) we found a space quite quickly and the shuttle bus was there as we unloaded the car. Coming home could not have been easier. The desk was right in the arrivals hall, easy peasy, and once again there was the shuttle bus to take us back to the car. Can not fault you guys, you will be seeing me again.
