Bristol WCP Park & Ride

Leave the M5 at junction 18, following signs for Bristol Airport. Go straight through at the traffic lights, following signs for A4 Hengrove. At the Hengrove Way roundabout, take the fourth exit, following signs for Withywood Bishopsworth. Go straight across at the next roundabout. The car park is on the right hand side.

Arrival procedure

When you arrive, please follow the signs and park your car in one of the bays between two cones. Take your booking confirmation to the reception to check in and your car will be driven to the main car park. You'll be given a green slip - please keep hold of this, as it will have an invoice number used for your return transfer. You can then transfer to the terminal.

Return procedure

After you've collected your luggage at the airport, please call 07527528335 and quote the invoice number on the green slip that was given to you at check in. Follow signs to the 'Express Drop Off/Pick Up' area (the same place that you were dropped off), and from here a WCP minibus will take you back to the car park.

The car park is gated, has CCTV cameras and 24/7 security patrol.

Additional information

There are no car size restrictions at this car park but prices are based on 5 passengers per car. There will be a charge of £3 per person for more than 5 passengers in one car.

If you are looking to park a trailer, please call the provider and one of their team will contact the car park to confirm whether it can be accommodated.

"First time using WCP parking, and found it very good.
Out ward bound we had no waiting around, the driver was very polite .
On our return we phone when we had picked our baggage up, and was told that someone would be there within 5 mins.
Got to pick up point, driver was there waiting for us.
Got back to WCP car park, no hunting around for car is was on the forecourt.
We had no complaints whatsoever, and would use them again."

Absolute joke of a company. Advertise a free shuttle bus but if there is more than 5 of u. We are a family if 8! They will charge u extra on arrival.
We returned this evening at around 4 am, to find some big ogre, who is clearly there to bully and intimidate ppl into handing over more money. For 45 minutes while our 14 month old baby was screaming and 3 young, tired and cold girls. He stood with a smug look on his face telling us we wont be getting our keys till we pay. Disgusting, bullying behaviour. No manners, ZERO customer service skills. Avoid like the plague!!! Unfortunately cannot give 0 rating."

"Put simply they broke my suspension then relied on the fact I failed to inspect it in the airport car park. When I put to them the ridiculousness of inspecting suspension in a car park, guess what - radio silence!
The repair was a significant bill, do not allow them to abuse your car!"

"I recently used WCP Parking Bristol. The main reason I used them is because they were cheap. I dropped my car off, used the free bus to and from the airport no problem. Once I got back to Bristol and picked up my car, the driver pulled up and the first thing I noticed was a dent in the side of my car. After closer inspection there were several scratches and the seal around the wheel arch was hanging off. Now bare in mind my car is brand new, 2 weeks old and in perfect condition when I dropped it off.

I obviously went straight to reception and complained, the lady who dealt with me who I won't name was very rude, had no customer service skills and had a poor attitude. They took no responsibility for the damage instead telling me I had to pay them 50 pounds admin fee so they can release photos of my car so I could prove it was them who caused the damage.

I was told to email photos of the damage I wished to claim compensation for and I would receive a response within 24 hours. 4 days later I had no response, so I phoned the reception and spoke to the same lady who gave me the same awful attitude. She eventually told me I would get a response 24 hours later.

To be fair 24 hours later I got a response just stating the manager is on holiday and won't be able to deal with my case until the 26/09/2016.
