Not the best will remove complain about the way my recent parking booking was handled following a 12-hour delay to my return flight from Edinburgh. I tried phoning your company six times to request an extension to my parking booking due to the delay. Nobody answered. I also left a voicemail asking for someone to contact me, but I received no response. I subsequently sent an email, although I appreciate this was outside your normal working hours. The following day, I received a reply stating that I would have to pay the full overstay charge. Unfortunately, the response appeared to be a generic copy-and-paste message and did not acknowledge the efforts I had made to contact you or the circumstances beyond my control.
We had no problem with this booking.
Excellent parking, close to terminal and tech worked well. Road shut after airport (not your fault), hopeless diversion signs added and our to our journey.
Booked for car park 3, when we arrived there were only a handful of spaces. Very close to airport terminal and no problems entering or exiting.

They want a real review here it is rubbish, Not the airport or the workers at the airport, just the people that take the payments for the parking, imagine you book parking for a vehicle which then breaks down and you can’t change anything because the company selling the parking don’t work at the weekends just to be sent an email on Monday a day after you’ve travelled to be told can’t do anything about that and because the day of my parking has passed I would’ve had to have paid for additional parking, thankfully the airport are much more of a moral standard and understand completely that things happen. Plus, your website is rubbish if you’re gonna have a cancel amend button , at least let it work as a cancel amend button.
Easy to find parking, no delays to park or collect car. Only short walk to terminal entrance
Great location close to the terminal, easy to find. Would be improved by more EXIT signs perhaps.
