Very expensive - I paid more for 5 days parking than I did for my return flight to Vienna!! On the positive side there was lots of parking and it’s all close to the terminals. I pre-booked what I thought was car park 2 and entered easily with vehicle recognition. When we left there was a holdup as the exit machine was requesting a ticket!! It was dealt with via the lady ‘in the machine’ who checked and I had booked car park 3 and used the wrong car park. She let us out anyway probably as there was a long queue behind!!

Location of car park is very easy to find with the pre-booking details allowing a prompt access at the security barrier. Car park spaces are generous in size and the short walk to the terminal is flat and clearly marked. My only issue was having returned from our trip and drove to the exit barrier the number plate recognition camera did not allow the barrier to rise and then the screen in the bright sunshine was not easy to view and caused lengthy delay not only to use but the following cars. Overall we were very pleased with the service and would recommend and use again.

Paid £5 to collect relative (acceptable). Flight was delayed so charge became £10(unacceptable).
disabled spaces all full so long walk to arrival room. this building work has been ongoing for months and arrival hall is a disgrace. hopefully will improve when building finished.

Prebooked car park 3 at Bournemouth Airport expected number plate recognition to allow access as in email. Nope didn't happen !! just ticket issued as per normal so had to park up as ready for flight.
On arriving back had pcn issued for overstaying in car park even tho I'd prepaid £90 ?
Luckily young lady who was " on the ball" read my email and info and apologised for the " cock up" said they've had these problems before, so NO wouldn't recommend this system.

Found parking easy and a short walk to the terminal...staff also friendly and helpful... hopefully will always travel from here in the future.
