Very pleased with the service

Just returned today from a stress free holiday only to find car battery problem. No problem for a great employee (driver Graham) started our car; just a big thanks. Look forward to booking again soon. Great service.

We were really happy with the service we received. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was quick and frequent. We would definitely use this company again, highly recommended.

BCP ShortRun Carpark was easy to find and the service was great. The staff were really pleasant and friendly and I had no hanging around at all. And they were very reasonably priced.

Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff, and the car park seemed as clean and tidy as any car park can be. The bus was waiting when I arrived at the car park and I had a less than 10 minute wait at the airport on my return, with only a few minutes drive between the car park and the airport. I will certainly park here again if flying from Birmingham.
