"On arrival you leave keys in car and it is parked for you and returned for pick up. Service was great, but i had a vw bottle opener that came with car in its place in small storage compartment. But a week after returning home i noticed it was missing...."

"The process was easy to use, but not best for us particularly.
We didn't have to wait long for the transfer, but once it arrived we didn't leave for 15 minutes.
Altogether we added an hour to our journey by using Purple Parking. Next time we will pay the extra £20 and park at the airport."

"The transport from the parking was provided although I would probably appreciate to now what time the transport is leaving as that's what caused that we almost missed the flight as we were waiting for the transport to leave for 15 minutes. Except that the prices are very affordable and if you don't mind handing your keys to their staff I would recommend. The car was absolutely alright without any scratches."
