From the A120 follow signs for Stansted Airport. From here follow signs for the short stay car parks.

Arrival procedure

Important: Please call the number on your confirmation approx. 30 mins before your pre-booked arrival time.

On arrival at Stansted you must enter the RED SHORT STAY CAR PARK, which is situated to the front of the main terminal on Terminal Road South, here our uniformed representative will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal. Providing you have called us 30 minutes before pre-booked arrival time as instructed above, they will inspect your vehicle for any damage and issue a numbered “return vehicle document”. Please keep this safe.

Please note: Click Parking Solutions give you 30 minutes either side of your pre-booked time for arrival, should you be outside of this they may charge you an extra £20. Please hand only vehicle keys to the driver.

Return procedure

You will be given full instructions on arrival.

Security

Site is gated with security fencing and full CCTV.

Additional information

Please remove all keys other than those for your vehicle from your keyring as car park will only take responsibility for vehicle keys.
