Directions from London: Please exit the M11 at Junction 8a and follow the directions below.

Take the left hand lane and follow the filter left. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, passing the Hilton hotel on your left. At the next roundabout go straight on passing the entrance to the official Long Stay Car park. At the next roundabout follow signs LEFT for entrance to Purple Parking.

Directions from Cambridge: Take the first exit at the roundabout. At the next roundabout take the second exit, signposted Long Stay car park. At the next roundabout go straight on passing the entrance to the official Long Stay Car park. At the next roundabout follow signs LEFT for entrance to Purple Parking.

Arrival procedure

Your registration number will be recognised at the entry barrier and a ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking reference. If a ticket is not issued automatically, please press intercom button for assistance. Do NOT insert Credit Card.

Return procedure

Drive up to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park. If you have pre-booked DO NOT insert Credit Card at the barrier as you may be charged again. The barrier will open and you may exit. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

This car park is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. Also, comprehensive CCTV is in operation. Holder of the Park Mark, Safer Parking Award.

Additional information

This is a self park option and there is no requirement to hand your keys in.

Please allow 45 minutes on top of your recommended check-in time to arrive at the car park and be transferred to the terminal.

There is a height restriction of 3.5 metres/ 11” 6’. All oversize vehicles and vehicles with trailers must now use Zone Q. There is no extra charge.

Transfers from airport

Transfer from car park to terminal:
Courtesy bus shuttle to the terminal runs every 20 minutes and is available from 04:00 to 22:00. During the period of 22:00 and 04:00 please press the call button for assistance and the Long Stay bus will arrive to the bus stop.

Transfer from terminal to car park:
On arrival between 04:00 to 22:00 follow signs for "Buses to JetParks car park" and between 22:00 to 04:00 follow signs for "Buses to Long Stay car park" and inform a bus driver that you are going to JetParks car park. Courtesy coaches are located at the JetParks (or Long Stay) bus stops in front of the terminal. Please ensure that the coach you board is going to the correct zone indicated on your ticket.

"Please Purple Parking, put on your literature that it's JETPARKS that you are looking for on arrival. There are no signs for Purple Parking. I've just checked a review from 2015 & you are still not letting customers know the correct info on arrival. I spent 15 mins, at 6.30am in the dark, trying to find the correct entrance. Thankfully there was someone on the other end of the call button for assistance who confirmed my car was booked in the Jetparks long stay. However, car was safe & sound when I returned. Just a mad panic at the start. Sort it Purple Parking!"

"Everything was good. I would use it again.
A couple of minor suggestions.
Tell people to look for Jetpark signs as the Purple Parking sign is very small at the entrance to the carpark.
Also on exit there was no sign to go right on the roundabout for the way out which would have been useful."

"Great bus service. Good price. BUT no signs for "Purple Parking" and no mention of "Purple Parking" by the return bus driver - this made us nervous and anxious that we were in the wrong place/on the wrong bus. This should be an easy fix - come on, Purple Parking people."

"I love the simple system of your parking. I would like to report however that the bus-stop I should have used in the dark, had no lights on, so didn't like to use it. (I was parked in U row 2) so I walked to the next one. Others joined me and one couple were already there looking very cold. (14th March). With your detailed information saying, just press the call button in the bus shelter, to alert a bus you are waiting, that would have been fine, IF the bell was working ( bus stop 22) but it wasn't, we waited a long time, over half an hour or more, but the first couple said they had been waiting one hour in the cold. Hope this helps. Thanks again. I did ask our driver to report the two faults, he said he would."
