Distance to airport

This service operates from the short stay car park outside the terminal building, but your car will be stored away from the airport in a secure car park.

Transfers from airport

There is no need for transfers as you'll be met at the terminal.

The exit fee on collection and the exit fee on return (up to £3.50) are included in the price.

Directions

From all directions follow signs to Stansted Airport and then follow the arrival procedure below.

Arrival procedure

On arrival, please call the car park when you are 20-25 minutes from the airport, then proceed to the Express Set Down. Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on the right hand side of the terminal road.

If there are any changes to the meeting point, you will be advised when you call.

Return procedure

On your return, when you have cleared passport control, have reclaimed all of your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal, please call the chauffeur number given to you on the confirmation email.

Security

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. Your car will be taken to a fully secure compound.

Additional information

The exit fee on collection and the exit fee on return (up to £3.50) are included in the price.

This covers the first 10 minutes on exit. If the customer comes out after this time, the barrier will show exit cost of £25.00 to pay. Please note that the car park are not responsible for any exit fees over the £3.50 for the first 10 minutes.

It was a pleasant and seamless experience. Great customer service and everything was right on cue. Lovely people and courteous. I would definitely recommend.

People were friendly and polite. But trying to contact them on the phone several times we had to call them 20-25 times to get through. This meant that when dropping the car off you end up at the airport in the time restricted car park/ drop off area before getting through to them. On the return you try to call after going through Customs so the car is not there for longer than the 10 minutes and when you finally get through your stood outside. The car took a further 40 minutes to arrive by which time my son and girlfriend who had parked in the short stay car park where 15 miles up the motorway. We booked this for ease of access as we were taking an elderly relative with us and the drop off and pick up location was well suited. This service has the potential to be great but requires more support.
