After a parking stay booked through us has finished, we email the customer an invitation to review the car park they used.

Not bad. Changed plan on drop off then left.me standing in the rain for almost 10 minutes. On return the guy refused to listen that drop off was changed so told me.to go to where I dropped it despite it now being somewhere else. Other than that fine.

Efficient but sneaky I feel. I paid £42 for the service but learnt I had to pay an extra £5.50 twice so they could get in and out of the car park. This of course is in the terms and conditions but I could not see those until I had paid. Very deceiving.
