Stansted Park and Fly Meet & Greet

Directions

From the M11: Leave the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Take the A120 and follow signs for Stansted airport. At the Priory Wood roundabout take the third exit staying on the A120 Thremhall Avenue, and get into the left hand lane. Take the slip road signposted for the airport terminal. At the Bassingbourn roundabout take the second exit. When you arrive at the terminal forecourt, enter the set down lane. The valet parking drop-off point is in this lane at the far end of the terminal.

Arrival procedure

15 minutes prior to your arrival please call the Driver onthe number on your confirmation to re-confirm your arrival time. Please note if you arrive more than 15 min either side of the time booked, the booking may be refused. On arrival at Stansted proceed to the set down area outside the terminal. Here a uniformed representative will meet you. They will inspect your vehicle for any damage and issue a receipt. Please keep this document safe until your return.

Please note this car park does not operate between 00:00 - 04:00. This does not apply on your return i.e. if your return flight is delayed/early.

Departure procedure

On your return and after you have collected all your baggage you must call on the number given at the bottom of the return vehicle document. A representative will then be waiting for you with your vehicle in the 15 min pick up car park.

Please note £2.00 for car park exit ticket to be paid extra.

Security

All cars are parked in a secure car park close to the airport. The car park is manned 24 hours a day and is protected by CCTV. Fully Insured Drivers, awarded Park Mark, Safer Parking Award.

Disabled facilities

This type of service is ideal for disabled travellers.

Additional information

This parking is non flexible and bookings cannot be cancelled.

Important Information

The parking offered here is 'Meet and Greet' where by one of the Park and Fly representatives will meet you, park the car for you and then return the vehicle to you on your return. Your vehicle is stored in a nearby secure compound.
