Distance to airport
This service operates from the short stay car park just outside the terminal building. Your car will be stored away from the airport in a secure car park.
Transfers from airport
Transfers are not required as you will be met at the Terminal.
The price includes the Airport Entry Fee on collection and the Exit Fee on return up to £3.50.
Directions
From all directions please follow signs to Stansted Airport and follow the arrival instructions below.
Arrival procedure
On arrival, please call the car park when you are 20-25 minutes from Stansted airport, then proceed to the Express Set Down. Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt and drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on the right-hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meeting point, you will be advised when you call.
Return procedure
On your return, please call the chauffeur on the number in the confirmation email when you have cleared passport control, reclaimed all of your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal.
Security
When your car is collected, a driver will take it to a fully secure compound. All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

This covers the first 10 minutes on exit; if the customer comes out after this time, the barrier will show exit cost of £25.00 to pay. The car park ARE NOT responsible for any exit fees over the £3.50 for the first 10 minutes. To avoid extra charges, please call only once you are ready to collect your vehicle.
