Our chauffeur will meet you at the Set-Down point outside the terminal. Your car will be stored in an on-airport secure facility. When you return your car will be delivered back to you at the Short Stay car park.

Transfers from airport

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Directions

From the M11: Exit at Junction 8A and follow the A120 directly to the airport.

From Colchester: Take the A120 towards Bishop's Stortford and follow the signs for the airport.

On arrival at the airport, drive to the Set-Down point outside the terminal building where your driver will be waiting for you.

Arrival procedure

Please call the number in your confirmation when you are 20 minutes away from arriving at the airport. On arrival at the airport, drive to the Set Down point outside the terminal building where your driver will be waiting for you.

Return procedure

On your return, once you have cleared Passport Control and have all your bags, call the number in your confirmation and make your way to the pick-up point which is located on the lower level in the short stay car park where you will be met with your car.

Do not call before you have your baggage as we only have 15 minutes in the car park before additional charges will apply.

Security

Your car will be stored in an on-airport car park that has 24 hour guarded security.

If you have a disability and require assistance please call the office number and requirements will be made for you.

Additional information

CSL Car Storage is open from 04:00 until Midnight every day with the exception of the Christmas and New Year holidays.

If a customer's flight is scheduled to land outside of this period they will not be able to accommodate the booking. However in the event of a flight delay they will wait for passengers.

CSL Car Storage will store your car in an on-airport car park.

I pay £145 for the premium service 11 days away. Because I have v small children. We arrive at night baby and preschooler in tow and then am told I have to go find a pay machine to pay another £5 fee to leave the airport. Are you joking? This is not a premium service! A Premium poor service - yes definitely. I also think this may be a scam by the guys giving you your car so if this is so please sort this out. Apparently 'the guys who bring your car back in the orange car park (premium) are shady" told to us by the guy taking our car on the drop off. Suffice to say not an experience I would like to repeat!

Very easy and pleased that this service operates right outside the terminal building and not in the car park below this building, which so many other operators use, mainly on the return collection. We called when 20 minutes away but had to wait 10 mins or so for the collection at the start of our holiday. 5 min wait for car to be delivered when we returned. We will use again
