Arrival procedure
Please ring us on the number on your confirmation when you are 15 mins away from Southend Airport (SS2 6YF). In the event that you do not have a Sat Nav or unsure when you will be 15 mins away, please ring us when you have just passed the Basildon turnoff on the A.127 towards Southend, or if coming via the A.130, ring us when you leave the A.130 to get on the A.127. It is important to ring SACP if you are running late or early. This way somebody will be aware of your situation so that assistance will be allocated accordingly.
On arrival at Southend Airport, drive just past the actual terminal building and pull into the Short Stay Car Park (on your right).
Here, a member of our uniformed staff will greet you (orange/black shirt with SACP company logo and ID Badge) and will process the necessary paperwork with you.
Return procedure
After passing through passport control and retrieving your luggage call us on: the number on your confirmation. One of the team will then inform you of the pickup details based on the security conditions. Normal procedure is we shall be waiting with your vehicle in the Short Stay Car Park. We monitor your flights using Teletext, Ceefax and Southend Airport information obtained by telephone and internet. If you should, unfortunately, find that you are delayed in baggage reclaim, please advise us as soon as possible, on the number on your confirmation.
Security
This 200 space car park is monitored by CCTV 24hrs a day, has 16ft metal palisade fencing around whole perimeter, as well as guard watchman.
The CCTV footage is available to view on return, should you wish to see it

24 hours a day. Closed on Christmas Day.

No size restrictions, but a charge of 1.5 times normal price for extra large vehicles.
Motorbike parking available.

We often use meert and greet services at many London Airports, however I must say that this was by far the best experience ever from drop off at Southend at the agreed time to returning late and being able to have the car waiting in the car park for us to drive off within 30 minutes of landing. Well done, we will definitely use your services again

The meet and greet service worked very well. A driver was there to meet us when we arrived and we had to wait no more than 5 minutes when we returned. Both were at fairly unsociable hours but the service was prompt, friendly and efficient. I would use them again.

Excellent service both ways ... our flight home was delayed for 2.00 hours but that did cause any problems.
