Southend Maple Parking Park and Ride

Leave the M25 at junction 29. At the roundabout, you'll need to take the first exit if you're travelling from the north, and the third exit if you're coming from the south, and you'll end up on the A127 Southend Arterial Road. After about 20 miles going straight along this road, it'll become Princes Avenue and you'll arrive at a roundabout, where you'll need to take the first exit onto the B1013 Nestuda Way, signposted Aviation Way. Shortly after, you should take the second exit at the next roundabout. You'll then come to a mini-roundabout and will need to take the first exit. At the next mini-roundabout, you should take the second exit onto the B1013 Eastwoodbury Lane. You'll come to yet another mini-roundabout and will need to take the first exit onto Eastwoodbury Crescent. Not long down this road, you'll come to the Harp House Roundabout and should take the second exit onto Rochford Road. Keep on this road for a short while and take the second exit onto Sutton Road at the next mini-roundabout. It won't take long before you reach yet another mini-roundabout and will need to take the first exit onto Purdeys Way. Take a right down Rochehall Way. Take the first left turn onto Millhead Way and drive to the end of the road. You should see the entrance to the car park on your left.
At the car park, pull up in one of the arrival bays and check in at reception. Leave your keys and give the reception your flight information, then your car will be photographed to ensure it is returned to you in the condition you left it. While you travel on the transfer bus straight to the terminal, your car will be parked for you by the car park staff.
On your return, please call Maple Manor on 01702 418 650 and select option 2 once you've collected your luggage and are outside the terminal building. Maple Manor will send the transfer bus to pick you up and bring you back to the car park, where your car will be waiting for you in the arrivals area outside reception. You can pick up your keys from reception, then just get in your car and head home.
Your car will be stored in a fenced compound that's manned 24 hours a day. CCTV and security alarms will be in use.
The car park has only three disabled spaces available, so you'll need to call 01702 418 650 and pick option 1 to arrange for the help you need. However, you'll need to be able to get on the transfer bus yourself. If you can't get on and off the bus easily, we recommend you upgrade to the Meet and Greet package where you won't need to worry about transfers.
Maple Manor can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. To see if Maple Manor can take your vehicle, please call the provider prior to placing your booking.
If there are more than four of you travelling, you should give Maple Manor a call before you book on 01702 418650 to make sure there will be enough space on the bus.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day.
If you get back early, call Maple Manor as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.
Maple Manor Park and Ride - Non Flexible
This package cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded once it has been booked.
This car park was a stone's throw away from the airport at a good price, too. All staff were so lovely and the service was speedy, which is just what you want when you are on your way home from a trip. I would definitely use them again.

It was more expensive than the actual parking in the airport, waiting for the shuttle service was a little inconvenient, but overall the service was satisfactory.

If you are the type of traveller that does not havebloads of time to get to places early then this is not for you as the check in is rather slow and you would be better to pay more to park yourself within walking distance from the airport .
