Southampton airport just 1 mile from junction 5 of the M27. Come off the M27 at junction 5 and join the A335 signposted for the airport. Follow signs for Southampton airport.
Call 07850 653056 and select option 2, 20 minutes before you arrive to make sure a driver is waiting for you.
Enter the Short Stay car park and follow signs for the Drop off/Pick up area. If you need to take a ticket then do so, but make sure to keep it and hand it to the driver. Park and a uniformed driver will find you. The driver will quickly inspect your car, to confirm any existing damage, then take your keys and park your car for you.
Please have your return flight details and booking confirmation to hand when you meet the driver.
Call 07850 653 056, option 2 when you are ready to collect your car. To leave as soon as possible, call just after you leave the plane. A driver will be waiting with your car where you were met before your holiday and will have a ticket to let you exit the car park. The driver can only wait for you for ten minutes, due to airport restrictions, so don't call until you are ready to leave.

Everything was pretty efficient except on our return, the driver gave us an invalidated ticket to exit the car park, so we had to pay £2 to leave. I’ve checked with Park and Go and the ticket should have been payed for by the driver.

Arrival was fine. However on return not so good. Although I had phoned when I landed I waited and waited but no car. On phoning again I was told it had left 5 minutes ago.. Still I waited. Finally a car arrived and they said they were taking me to my car which was some distance away and in the opposite direction from my journey home. Thus I then had to drive back to start my journey. This caused some considerable delay and certainly was not what I had paid for. I was certainly very unhappy, not helped by the fact that there was nobody to speak to about it. Certainly not 'stress free'.
