This off-site car park is just a 3 to 5 minute drive from the airport although customers should always allow extra time. Car keys must be left with the attendant as your car will be parked for you. It holds the Park Mark award for excellent security. In times of high demand your car may be parked elsewhere; this will always be at an on-airport location which is equally secure. Minibuses, trailers and vans cannot be accepted by this operator.



Follow signs to Newcastle Airport. At the Airport roundabout on the A696 take the exit after the Airport entrance, signed for the Freight Village. After 25 Metres turn right into the Premier Travel Inn and follow the road behind the hotel for approx 150 metres.

Take just 3-5 mins.


Arrival procedure

Report to the car park reception on arrival and present your booking voucher. You will need to leave your car keys with the car park as your car will be parked for you.


Departure procedure

Full details of the returns procedure will be given on arrival at the car park.



The car park holds the Park Mark Safer Parking Award for security.

The Car Park is manned 24 Hours a day. The Car Park also has a CCTV system and Flood Lighting fitted with movement sensors.


Additional information

We strongly recommend you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your stated airline check-in time.

Minibuses, Vans and Trailers cannot be parked at this car park. At peak operating times your vehicle may be stored at a secure on-airport location.

You will be required to leave your keys.

"Have used this VIP car park for about 4years now and no problem until our last visit turned up after or flight to collect our vehicle to find it was not parked in the usual place you collect it from to be told it was at the back of the car park then to find when we went to the vehicle it was not locked then to find the car had been damaged while been parked up at the airport to be told by a member of staff that as it's busy they have jockey staff in who don't care about customers vehicles my wife went into the office to complain the gentleman gave her a form to fill in he had what she thought was a job card with a picture of a car with our reg on and mileage and a circle on the door when she asked what the circle was she was told it was a mark on the car the car had no marks on it as we have only have the car two months and the circle on the card was not where the vehicle was damaged by the airport car park anyway my wife has rang to ask what is happening twice to be told the supervisor will look into when she asked to speak to a supervisor she was told they can't put her through to speak to him I am most disappointed as I have always been happy with the service"

"I have often used Park & Fly at Newcastle Airport and have always found it satisfactory and certainly very convenient for the airport. It has always been competitively priced. Maybe it dropped a star on the last visit as we had to wait around 15 minutes for a pick up when we arrived, but of course it will depend on flight times and how busy they are. Overall, happy with the service and will use them again."
