We booked, Meet and Greet. No one came to meet or greet us. Not sign posted well. Had to pull up and take key to a hut. Why pay an extra £10!!!

From booking on-line everything went smoothly and efficiently from arrival and departure going away to arrival and departure coming home again. Can't fault your service. Thank you very much.

I found this car park to be excellent, you could see where your car was parked it was safe and secure and the staff were very helpful.

excellent service, very prompt and close to the airport. Only thing i would say is that the sign outside your premises should say 'bellair' as well as whatever it says at the moment as we drove past twice thinking we were at the wrong place. apart from that, highly recommended

My wife and i have used this carparking many times in the past and it is always spot on.One thing.can you get the contact telepone,(when you return)near to exit.Also a couple of the drivers need to cheer up,it cost nothing to be socialable

Everything would have been great and I would have given a great score had it not been for two factors.
One. My car was not ready when I arrived back in the bus to the alloted car park and so I had to wait for a good ten minutes whilst it was located and brought to me but that wasn't the worst part of it.
Two, when I went to the airport my car, although needing a wash, was in mint condition as you would expect for a Jaguar at only a few months old. When I returned there was a huge scratch on the driver's door which as our flight got into raining Newcastle at 11.40 I was not able to detect until the following day.
Therefore as my car was returned to me damaged I have no option but to give the lowest possible score.

Always use this parking facility when using newcastle airport. Has close location and efficient pick-up and drop-off facility and has a very secure looking compound. Also cheaper than on-site parking if away for a few days.

All fine but there is no longer a facility to book and pay on-line for covered garaging at Bellair as there used to be. One has to pay the extra when delivering the car - annoying for customers and time-wasting for the staff there.

Everything was well organised and bus was waiting for us when we got back. It was a bit stressful to have to walk up to domestic arrivals so maybe a phone at international arrivals would help.

I found the service at this airport very good but with a couple of points that could improve this service.
We arrived on an International flight but the courtesy phone is at the other end of the airport in front of the Domestic arrivals. Once we went to the domestic arrivals we found the phone quite easily and were instructed to go to the pick up point which was near the International arrivals at the other side of the airport. Once we walked back the way we had already been we then headed out to the pick up point which is in the airport car park and had to cross the road to get to the car park. This involved taking the luggage trolley down a kerb and then back up a kerb. This was ok for us as we are fit and able but it would be harder for either the elderly / disabled to use the service unless. Apart from these points the transfer was 5 minutes and and I was on my way home within 10 minutes of arriving in the carpark.
I would recommend that there should be a phone at the International Arrivals as well as the Domestic Arrivals. That would save a long unneccessary walk after a long flight. Also maybe arrange a easier means of getting across the road with dropped kerbs to allow the luggae trolleys to be pushed on / off the kerbs easily.

The courtesy bus drops passengers off at an area that is impossible to negotiate with a trolley (there are no dropped kerbs) and then asks that you call the car park on your return to the UK. Unfortunately, the phone is located at the domestic arrivals, and we arrived from the International end, which is the other end of the terminal building. The staff at the car park were annoyed that we hadn't called to say we had arrived, even though the bus was waiting in its designated spot. Either move the phone to a more convenient place, or pick passengers up nearer the phone!

Checkin went fairly smoothly at Airparks Newcastle and we were transferred to the airport although we did have to wait in the cold (at 5 a.m.)for the minibus to take a load of other people before us and then to return to the compound before we were taken to the airport. We were very disappointed to discover that yet again we were dropped off quite some distance from the drop off and pick up point and had to drag our luggage some distance to the terminal building. On our return my husband had needed wheelchair assistance at the airport due to problems with his back whilst we were on holiday. I then had to leave him with the cases and walk right down to the other end of the terminal building to find the courtesy telephone. I never found it yet. I then had to return back to the other end of the terminal building to get my husband and he had to struggle quite a good distance back to Airparks pickup point. Luckily their minibus was just about to leave with other people and we managed to attract the driver's attention and get on it. We stopped using this company whilst it was still Bellair because of this problem but thought there had been a change to the pickup point but obviously not. We found it totally unacceptable to us especially with my husband's health problem. We were lucky enough to just get back to the compound before it started raining heavily otherwise we would have been drenched through as there is no shelter whatsoever at their pickup point. We have booked our car in at Callerton through you previously and had no problems whatsoever as their pickup point is much nearer the departure exit at the airport.

I would like to comend the drop off and the pick up driver for being curteous and profesional, but when I picked my car up it was covered litteraly in grass/hay which has took me numerous washes to get rid of. If this is how a car is supposed to be met when the owner comes back off holiday, I am sorry but I will not be using you again.

We have used this particular car park several times and would recommend this to anyone for the efficient speed of transfer and courtesy of staff and drivers.

Purple Parking - by far the best airport parking experience I've had. Much, much better than parking directly in the airport car park itself. Lovely friendly, helpful staff and efficient service. Will definitely use again.
