Arrival procedure

Please drive to the drop-off area and proceed to reception with your luggage and car keys. The car park representative will park your vehicle in the designated area.

Luggage assistance is available.

Their free shuttle will transfer you to the terminal. Average journey time is 10 minutes but may vary depending on traffic.

Departure procedure

After collecting your luggage, call the car park on airport duty number or 0333 3660001 to notify them of your arrival.
Their shuttle will collect you from the designated pickup point and return you to the car park.
Your car and keys (if applicable) will be ready for you.

Additional information

Late Collection Charges:

If the vehicle is not collected within the booked return time, late collection charges will apply at £20 per day unless agreed otherwise in writing.
For any changes to return times after drop-off, you must inform the car park directly (not via the booking agent).
Any payments due for extended stays or changes must be settled directly with the car park upon collection.

Additional Charges:

Airport drop-off and pick-up charges (currently £6.50 each way) are not included in your parking fee. These are payable directly at the car park.
Larger vehicles such as transit vans, extra-long wheelbase vehicles, and vehicles with trailers are subject to an additional fee of £35.

Important Information:

Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk and covered by the customer’s own insurance.
All vehicles are parked in an open-air, fenced compound with monitored access.
Rude, abusive or aggressive behaviour toward the car park staff will not be tolerated. They reserve the right to refuse service and may report incidents.
