Just drive to whichever terminal you're flying from and your chauffeur will meet you at the place they have confirmed with you on the phone. The airport is just off junction 5 of the M56.
Terminal 1: enter drop-off zone.
Terminal 2: enter car lane.
Terminal 3: pull up at the kerbside of arrivals.
You should call the car park on 07889 092 055 when you are 15 minutes from the airport. Your chauffeur will confirm where they will meet you.
Terminal 1: Drive to departures and enter drop-off zone.
Terminal 2: Drive to departures and pull up at kerbside.
Terminal 3: Drive to Terminal 3, and park in set-down area.
Your chauffeur will ask for your return flight details and will help you unload your bags before giving you a business card with Skypark's 24-hour contact number on.
If you're going to be early or late, please call the car park to let them know. Skypark reserves the right to charge you extra if you turn up to the airport considerably later than the arrival time stated when making the booking.
Once you've collected your luggage, come through Customs and make your way along the travelators on the ground floor - at this point, give Skypark Meet and Greet a call on 0161 490 2482 so you can arrange where to meet your chauffeur. You'll need to have your passport or driving licence handy for the driver to check before they hand the car over.
If you're going to be more than 12 hours early or late back, you should let Skypark Meet and Greet know as soon as possible.
The car park is patrolled 24 hours a day by security staff and has 24-hour CCTV and entry and exit barriers. All the keys are kept in a locked room which has its own 24-hour CCTV system.
The car park holds the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the police.
Skypark Meet and Greet is well suited to disabled customers as there are no transfers.
Vehicles higher than 6ft 6in are not allowed.
Do give as accurate an estimate as you can of the times you expect to drop off and pick up your car. If you're then early or late, it shouldn't be a problem as long as you let the car park know; whereas if you don't let them know, your driver might not be able to meet you at the new time, and if he or she has to wait for you for a long time the car park might charge you for their time.
Person who came to collect car was vety rude to me and he spokes to me very harsh language because I was late 15 minute . Person who came to gave me my car he disappeard without telling anything to me. He parked car , asked me to sign the paperwork and he disappeared
