Distance to airport

This is a Meet and Greet service which means your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport. Your car will be stored 5 miles from the airport.

Transfers from airport

Transfers are not required as this is a Meet and Greet service.

Please call the number on your confirmation 2 hours before your car is due to be collected.

Manchester International Airport has its own dedicated exit on the M56 (J5).

Exit at Junction 5. Follow the cube colour signs to your terminal of departure. Please drive to the drop-off point at the terminal. Your Peppermint chauffeur will be waiting for you with a luggage trolley.

Arrival procedure

Please call the number on your voucher 2 hours before your car is due to be collected. On arrival at the drop-off point of your departure terminal, your Peppermint chauffeur will be waiting for you with a luggage trolley. The chauffeur will complete a quick security check of your vehicle, assist you to the terminal and then immediately take your vehicle to our secure car park.

Return procedure

On your return your chauffeur will meet you at the arrivals gate. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage to your car and will issue you with a parking ticket which you will need to exit the terminal car park.

Security

The car park is protected with Palisade fencing with razor wire on top. It is manned 24 hours a day and has been granted the 'Park Mark' Safer Parking award.

Additional information

Peppermint Concierge Meet & Greet are unable to accept large vehicles such as Transit Vans or any vehicles with trailers.

Peppermint Concierge Meet & Greet is located 5 miles from the airport. Assistance with your luggage is also provided to and from your car.

This service includes a 5 Star car wash.

Great service and friendly smiles, arrived late due to flight delay, so thought I would take them for their word, which is they will try and arrange anything ! So as it was late when I arrived, and I was hungry I asked if they would be as kind as to source me a take-away which they did.unbelievable, curry good, service from peppermint and it's staff first class from the moment I arrived with a dirty car and dirty clothes in the boot,to when I arrived back to a curry and clean car and clothes.Top class
