Terminal 1
We will meet you in the drop-off area at Terminal 1 Departures where our Driver will be waiting or when heightened security in force at the Multi Storey short stay car park, level 13 at Terminal 1. This will be confirmed to you when you call the above mobile number.

Terminal 2
We will meet you at Terminal 2 Departures into the drop-off area where our Driver will be waiting or when heightened security in force, at the Multi Storey short stay car park, level 13 at Terminal 1. This will be confirmed to you when you call the above mobile number.

Terminal 3
We will meet you at Terminal 3 Departures into the drop-off area where our Driver will be waiting or when heightened security in force, at the Multi Storey short stay car park, level 13 at Terminal 1. This will be confirmed to you when you call the above mobile number.

Arrival procedure

Please drive to the departure terminal entrance where you will be met by a chauffeur who will be waiting (with a trolley) to take your car to the fully secured airport car park.

After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation and we will confirm your return instructions.

Your car will be waiting for you as you exit the terminal building.

Security measures

Cars are parked in a fully secured compound with CCTV, 24 hour patrols, floodlighting, security fencing.

Disabled facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Additional information

Meteor Meet and Greet advise passengers to call the Car Park just before setting off to check the latest meet instructions as they are changing all the time due to security restrictions.

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.

There is a height restriction at the entrance of the multi-storey Car Park at Manchester, any 4X4s with a top box will be too high to go through the barriers, normal 4X4's are OK.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
