The promoter is Fubra Limited (a limited company registered in England under company number 3967214), trading as Airport Parking Shop, of Fubra Ltd C/O Chamberlains, Elm House, Tanshire Park, Shackleford Road, Elstead, Godalming, Surrey, England, GU8 6LB.
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have made an eligible Airport Parking Shop booking and subsequently submit a genuine review of their parking experience through the review link provided.
One entry is permitted per completed eligible booking.
Entry is not dependent on the rating or content of the review. Positive, negative and neutral reviews all have an equal chance of being selected.
Reviews must relate to a genuine parking experience. Fraudulent, duplicate, abusive or unrelated reviews may be excluded from the prize draw.
Each monthly prize draw runs from 00:00 on the first day of the calendar month until 23:59 on the final day of that month.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that calendar month.
The winner will receive £50 cash.
The prize is non-transferable and no alternative prize will be offered.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their booking within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted. If no response is received within that period, Airport Parking Shop reserves the right to select another winner.
The prize will normally be paid within 30 days of the winner confirming the information required to make payment.
Airport Parking Shop may make the winner’s surname and county available where required to demonstrate that a valid prize draw has taken place. Winners may object to some or all of this information being published or made available.
Personal information supplied in connection with the prize draw will be used to administer the competition in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entering the prize draw does not constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
Airport Parking Shop reserves the right to exclude entries where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
