Arrival procedure
When you're around 30 minutes from the airport call TakeOff to let them know you're on your way.
Drive to the Short Stay car park to meet your driver - your booking confirmation will include directions and a postcode for satnavs.
You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.
Return procedure
Once you've collected your luggage, walk back to where you dropped your car on arrival.
You'll have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your vehicle has been returned to you. Any longer than 15 minutes and you'll need to pay extra when you exit the car park.

Important information
Your car will be parked in a secured off-site compound while you're away.
During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. TakeOff will tell you about this if it affects you.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or large vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight, at their discretion. Any longer than this you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day which is subject to change.
